The Arts House Trust is committed to expanding public access to its nationally significant art collection – one of the largest private collections in Aotearoa - through the Art Loans Programme.
In addition to supporting galleries and cultural institutions with artworks for exhibitions, the programme places museum-quality artworks in a wide range of public and private settings – from corporate offices and universities to schools, hospitals, charitable organisations and civic spaces. Currently, nearly 2,000 artworks are on loan at over 100 locations across Aotearoa.
The Art Loans Programme aims to inspire curiosity, encourage creativity and contemplation, enriching public and shared spaces. It fosters meaningful engagement with contemporary New Zealand art and promotes regular interaction with artworks, leaving a lasting impression and deepening appreciation for art in Aotearoa.
We welcome enquiries from corporations and organisations interested in hosting artworks from the collection and would be delighted to discuss how the programme could add value to your space.
