Kintsugi Etsuke Workshop with Yuka O’Shannessy

Sunday, August 3
Drop in between 1:30 - 3:30PM
Free Workshop, suitable for ages 7+

Embrace the beauty of imperfection with Yuka O’Shannessy for a hands-on, creative Kintsugi Etsuke Workshop.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art form of repairing broken pottery by mending the cracks with lacquer and golden powder. Tending to the damage in this way transforms the piece into something even more beautiful than before.

This beginner’s workshop is for ages 7 and up, with a focus solely on drawing golden lines for decorative purposes.
